Some of these couples were genuinely serious, with proposals and moving in together and everything. Others were a few confusing months that neither party ever fully confirmed.Either way, here are 15 pairings that definitely happened, whether your brain wants to admit it or not:1. Sandra Bullock and Ryan Gosling quietly dated for two years after playing a detective and her prime suspect. The two met in 2001 filming Murder By Numbers, in which Bullock's character hunts down a killer played by Gosling — a full 16 years her junior. Neither ever formally confirmed the relationship while it was ongoing, though they appeared together at the film's Cannes premiere in 2002 before quietly splitting the following year. Gosling later called Bullock one of his "greatest girlfriends of all time" in a 2011 interview, ranking her alongside ex Rachel McAdams.

2. Chris Evans and Jessica Biel were together for five years, long before either one became a household name.
