Bad Bunny’s $1.1 Billion Blockbuster Now Set To Rule Over Digital Streaming

A massively successful movie that featured Bad Bunny in the cast will become available for digital streaming very soon. Following its original release earlier this year, the film made over $1.1 billion at the global box office.

Toy Story 5 is releasing on digital today.

Toy Story 5 will release on digital platforms today, August 18, and will be available on Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Fandango at Home, and more. Notably, Bad Bunny voices Pizza with Sunglasses in the movie.

Directed by Andrew Stanton from a screenplay he developed with Kenna Harris, Toy Story 5 revolves around Jessie, Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and others as they navigate Bonnie’s interest in a tablet named Lilypad. The stellar voice cast also includes Joan Cusack as Jessie, Tom Hanks as Woody, and Tim Allen as Buzz Lightyear. However, unlike other members of the Toy Story 4 cast, Madeleine McGraw didn’t reprise her role as Bonnie. Instead, Scarlett Spears voiced the character. Other new cast members include Greta Lee and Conan O’Brien as Lilypad and Smarty Pants, respectively.

As previously mentioned, Toy Story 5 grossed over $1.1 billion at the global box office (via Box Office Mojo), making it one of the most anticipated upcoming releases on digital platforms. It currently has a 93% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Jesse Hassenger of AV Club gave the movie a positive review, writing, “The continuation of Jessie’s story assures that Toy Story 5 has more emotional immediacy than its fourquel predecessor, though it’s perhaps not as inventive as that one in expanding the series’ physical and thematic scope.”

Additionally, the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray, Blu-ray, and DVD versions of Toy Story 5 will come out on September 22, 2026. This includes a limited-edition 4K SteelBook featuring characters such as Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and Jessie. New additions such as Lilypad and Smarty Pants are also part of it.
