It's always fun to see a familiar face pop up on your favorite show—and then, if you're anything like me, you play the "where do I know them from" game with yourself or whoever you're watching with.
And that's exactly what happened during the midseason finale of Tracker Season 3 Episode 9 titled "Good Trouble."
The episode, which found Colter Shaw (Justin Hartley) reconnecting with his good friend and retired cop John Keaton (Brad Sexton), to unearth a trail of bodies and a huge conspiracy.
And that conspiracy may involve a man Keaton trusts—Police Commissioner Ross Bogart.
Who Plays Ross Bogart on Tracker?
Bogart is played by SashaRoiz, who previously played the problematic and wealthy entrepreneur behind the OR-2.0, Jack Dayton, on ChicagoMed.
Fans will also know him from the hit apocalyptic film Day After Tomorrow and the hit NBC series Grimm, where he played Captain Renard.
Other projects of his include Suits, House, Lie to Me, CSI, NCIS and Castle.
Can Bogart Be Trusted on Tracker Season 3 Episode 9?
The verdict is still out on that one, but if you have your doubts, it's probably for the best. Our spidey senses were definitely tingling.
Keaton got a summoning call from Bogart, whom he described as a "good guy."
"We go way back," he told Colter. And while I think Keaton is a great judge of character, I also have my doubts, especially because the Commissioner asked Keaton to "step aside" and leave the case alone.
"I don't want you getting hurt out there," he told Keaton.
It could just be that Bogart wants to keep his friend out of harm's way, knowing how dangerous the Armenians, the Russian mob and the ruthless contract killer responsible for all the mayhem throughout the episode, Emille Lang, can be.

However, it's also something that someone with more intel—and maybe more involvement than he's letting on—would say.
Bogart knows Keaton, so he likely knows that Keaton, despite being retired, is very good at his job, especially since he's working with Colter on the case. It's possible Bogart is afraid that Keaton will uncover the truth, which he wants to keep buried.
And Colter's team, Reenie (Fiona Rene) and Randy (ChrisLee), already figured out that there were a lot of people on the take of Menassian's old shell company, which was shut down due to fraud before the new one was opened up, including Keaton's former partner, Nate Dobbs. It's not out of the realm of possibility that Bogart is on there as well.
The episode ended on a major cliffhanger, with Colter and Keaton's lives hanging in the balance, and fans will have to wait until the series returns from its midseason hiatus on March 1, 2026, on CBS, airing at 9/8c.
