Prior to joining The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, Jessi Ngatikaura underwent multiple breast surgeries

Jessi Ngatikaura is an open book when it comes to the work she's had done on her body and face.

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star has undergone around $25,000 worth of cosmetic procedures, according to a February 2026 Instagram post. Her confirmed procedures include four breast surgeries, a labiaplasty, a nostrils reduction, an undereye skin pinch and a facial surgery which involved an upper and lower blepharoplasty, as well as some facial fat grafting.

Though the Utah hair salon owner doesn't shy away from talking about the work she's had done, she has some regret about her most recent trip under the knife. "I am extremely unhappy with my results," Ngatikaura said in a March 2026 Instagram video.

“I really wish I would have asked more questions,” she continued in the video. “I wish I wouldn't have done it. I wish I would have said no.”

In a May 2025 interview with Marie Claire, Ngatikaura revealed that she had undergone four breast surgeries. Her most recent at the time was to downsize her implants, which she did at the same time she got a labiaplasty.

Doing both surgeries simultaneously was physically intense, but the reality star said she has "no regrets."

"This surgery is in the top three of those I'm so happy I did," she told Marie Claire. "If it had been my first boob job, I probably would've freaked out because there are so many different sensations and pressures. But I was well-prepared for at least half of this."

Her labiaplasty recovery was documented on season 1 of SLOMW

The pilot season of SLOMW featured both Ngatikaura's labiaplasty and the party she held to celebrate her "mommy makeover," which included having her costars paint vaginas in honor of the procedure.

"A labiaplasty basically takes the inside of your vagina, the material that's a little more sensitive, and tucks it up inside," the reality star said in a confessional. "Pregnancy kind of pushes it out and mine decided to stay there."

The salon owner revealed on Instagram in March 2025 that she had the width of her nostrils reduced in a procedure called a Weir excision.

"People have been awful about my looks & it definitely affected my confidence," she wrote on her Instagram Stories when asked if appearing on the Hulu series influenced her decision to get the procedure. "But I also had insecurities before that I wanted to tweak so I took care of them!"

She underwent an undereye skin pinch five months later

In August 2025, Ngatikaura shared that she had gotten an "under-eye skin pinch," a less invasive cosmetic treatment than the lower blepharoplasty some fans had speculated she received.

"It basically just takes the skin underneath and just like pinches it up," she explained in an Instagram video, noting that she got the procedure to address the loose skin under her eyes, which she was self-conscious about.

Ngatikaura went to the same doctor who did her Weir excision five months earlier.

Ngatikaura said she’ll “never touch" her face again after a surgery in December 2025

The SLOMW cast member underwent an upper and lower blepharoplasty and some facial fat grafting in December 2025. She's opened up about the swelling she's experienced since the surgery and how difficult the recovery process has been.

"Healing is a process," Ngatikaura said in a since-deleted Instagram video. "I'm not gonna lie, the healing process has really messed with me."

Three months after the procedure, she revealed in an Instagram video that she was unhappy with the results and claimed that she'd "never touch" her face again aside from Botox.

"I have such self-confidence issues, and looking back, I can see how I was blinded by those, and I was beautiful," Ngatikaura continued in the March 2026 video. "Unfortunately, I went way too far because of those insecurities ... It's like the biggest learning lesson of my whole life."

The backlash from being transparent about her cosmetic procedures “shook” her

Ngatikaura opened up to PEOPLE in March 2026 about the "hate and backlash" she received after opening up about her facial surgery. The reaction was so intense that it may have made her rethink posting about cosmetic treatments online.

“That kinda shook me,” the reality TV star said. “I don't think I'm ever gonna get things done again — I'm done — but I also don't think I would share it if I did because the internet is so mean.”
