Lady A, Broadway stars highlight the 2026 Lancaster Festival

Tickets for the 2026 Lancaster Festival are now on sale.
The annual event, which runs July 17-25, will feature a variety of concerts and activities, according to a community announcement.
Lady A, a GRAMMY Award-winning trio, will headline the festival and perform with the Lancaster Festival Orchestra for the grand finale on July 25.
Tribute bands to perform
Tribute bands Dancing Dream, an ABBA tribute, and Elton Rohn, an Elton John tribute, will also perform during the weeklong celebration.
Tickets for all performances are available for purchase on the festival's website or at the box office, 117 W. Wheeling Street.
In addition to the Saturday concerts on the Wendel Concert Stage at Ohio University Lancaster, ticketed events include Chalk the Block, Chamber Music Classics: Stars, Stripes & Strings at First United Methodist Church on July 19 and three cafe concerts on July 20, 22 and 24.

Broadway stars, folk artists to take the stage
Broadway stars Morgan James and Michael Maliakel will perform with the Lancaster Festival Orchestra during a Night on Broadway: From Silver Screen to Center Stage: Love Stories on July 21.
The Covered Bridge Music Series will return, bringing singer-songwriters and folk Americana artists to the Wendel Concert Stage on July 22. The Lancaster Festival Orchestra Masterworks Concert will be held at St. Mary of the Assumption Basilica on July 23.
“We are excited to offer a series of several artists, ranging throughout various genres,” Lancaster Festival Executive Director Deb Connell said in the announcement. “It speaks to the wonderful legacy the Lancaster Festival has built in the community for the past 42 years.”
Connell said there are plenty of reasons to be excited about this year’s festival season, including the Major Arts for Minors and Festival Fair Day to Noon at the Square music events.
