On Tuesday, March 3, Crunchyroll announced that the "One Piece" comic has sold over 600 million copies, surpassing Superman and becoming the best-selling comic book of all time.

Oda is the eighth best-selling author of all time, and sits behind J. K. Rowling, who sold 650 million Harry Potter novels, according to Crunchyroll. Oda is also the only Japanese author and the second non-English-language author listed in the top 10.

Will there be a third season of the live-action show?

Yes, Season 3 of Netflix's "One Piece" began production in November 2025, according to Tudum.

While fan favorites, like Miss All Sunday, may not get a lot of screen time in Season 2, Charithra Chandran (Miss Wednesday), Mikaela Hoover (Tony Tony Chopper), Joe Manganiello (Mr. 0), Lera Abova (Miss All Sunday) and Sendhil Ramamurthy (Nefartari Cobra) will return in Season 3 along with the main Strawhat Crew.
