The Continental at Ford House: Executive chef Ray Zaidan has launched a new spring and summer menu that highlights regional cuisine and global flavors. Guests will find new dishes featuring perch, walleye, a Dutch baby pancake with Michigan maple syrup, churrasco Cornish hen, Maryland blue crab cakes, a short rib Benedict, a dirty chai martini and more. "The overarching idea was to capture freshness, brightness, and a renewed sense of seasonality," Zaidan said in a press release. "I wanted the menu to feel connected to Ford House itself, where the gardens, landscape, and historic setting naturally influence the way guests experience food during the warmer months." Chicane: Modern Plymouth restaurant Chicane has refreshed its identity as it celebrates one year in business. The new menu has a greater focus on approachable comfort foods.
